Satellite evidence for financed infrastructure.
A verification layer that watches construction sites, dams, corridors and housing projects from orbit and shows what actually changed on the ground, month by month. Lenders and funds use it as an independent second check before money moves.
Problem
Construction loans move against paper claims. Inspections happen quarterly at best, on announced dates, and nobody can check afterwards what was true. Arror dam took Sh4.3 billion with nothing built; Thwake auditors found an idle site at 94 percent claimed completion.
Solution
We built a pipeline that takes any project polygon, pulls Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-1 passes plus building footprints and rainfall cross-checks, and renders a cumulative change timeline with every number traced to its satellite pass.
Outcome
Measuring live across twelve Kenyan infrastructure sites: empty valleys verified empty, a technopolis footprint up 7.7x since 2018, and coastal false positives cut from 651 to 74 hectares with water masking.
